ONLINE Banking You can now pay via online banking with Iosphere. We are registered through Royal Bank, TD, ScotiaBank, and CIBC. Bank of Montreal not set up yet, but will follow soon. Use your UserId, aka Logon-Name, (the first part of your email address, without the @iosphere.net) as the account number when setting up the online bill payment option.

Dropping of the Line? Clients using V.90 capable modems should ensure they have the latest patch issued by the modem's manufacturer. This is very important. If you are experiencing frequent disconnects while surfing on the net, as opposed to the 10 minute idle timeout disconnect recently implemented, you should verify that your modem is using the latest v.90 drivers/patches available.
Also, check that you don't have too many telephone devices in the household sharing the same phone line as the modem. Reduce the number of devices, try replacing the phone cords involved, and eliminate any splitters or extension cords if possible. You can disable the v.90 drivers to leave you with a much more reliable 33.6 kbps connection if this disconnection persists. Contact us with the model and manufacturer of the modem when reporting this difficulty.
