SELF PORTRAITS

As one might take a taste of sherbet between the courses of a fine meal, I often cleanse my palette by working out a self portrait. This instrument talks about mood and change while dealing with a familiar image.
Refreshed, I can then move on to a new body of work... or possibly continue my practice employing new solutions. These pieces represent a few such dishes.
The feast continues.
