I never shall forget the day
!That I first called you mine
I was the envy of my friends

Your face was kind, your form superb

What a devil you could be
 

You broke my heart, you bent my soul
You bruised by body sore
You threw me down, and left me flat

You scorned my friends, you wrecked my life

You took me for a ride alright
Now you must pay the bill 

And this I vow, you'll never get
The opportunity
To e'er mistreat another one
As you've mistreated me.
